Compete on what
makes the gym worth joining.

National chains have scale and low prices. Southern Fitness has an experience people can see and feel when they walk through the door. Its old digital presence wasn’t communicating that quality.

We rebuilt the website around the actual gym: professional photography, a stronger visual presentation, a clearer experience, and a direct path to a membership inquiry.

Give attention
somewhere to go.

A better site was the foundation. Local advertising brought prospective members into that experience, while inquiry forms made it easier to act.

Conversion tracking connected the campaign to attributable outcomes. That let us distinguish attention—impressions and clicks—from the actions and membership revenue credited to the campaign.

Then action.

The campaign carried the gym’s offer into local audiences. The new website gave interested people a more convincing next step.

Approximately 380 average monthly unique visitors became approximately 2,800 in the first month. The digital experience finally gave more people a reason—and a way—to inquire.
